NovaBridge Biosciences (formerly I-Mab Biopharma) began trading its American Depository Shares (ADS) on The Nasdaq Global Market (“Nasdaq”) under the symbol "IMAB" on January 17, 2020. Following shareholder approval on October 24, 2025, the Company changed its name to NovaBridge Biosciences and changed its ticker symbol to “NBP” effective October 30, 2025.
